Information is used to review rider eligibility, contact applicants, support onboarding, verify documents, record agreement acknowledgement and assess possible operational placement. Submission does not guarantee employment, placement or earnings.
4. Mandatory and optional information
Fields marked required are needed to review the application. Licence details and uploads may be optional for an initial Ninja preference, but no applicant may drive without meeting all licence, insurance, platform and legal requirements.
5. Access, disclosure and hosting location
Application records should be accessed only by authorized Hawa Najd personnel and service providers needed to operate the form or hosting. Data may be disclosed where required by applicable law or for a lawful onboarding or platform-verification process. Website hosting or technical service providers may process or store application data outside Saudi Arabia depending on the server location selected for the website; applicable cross-border transfer requirements must be followed.
6. Storage and retention
Uploaded files are stored in a non-public area of the website and are not intended to be accessible through direct public links. Unsuccessful or inactive application records are intended to be deleted within 90 days after a final application decision, unless a longer period is required by law or an active onboarding relationship.
