Agreement term
The rider commits to an initial period of three (3) months from the confirmed joining date. The rider must not voluntarily leave before completing this period except where termination is permitted by the final signed contract or applicable Saudi law.
Working hours, scheduled days and payment calculation
Eligibility for an agreed fixed monthly salary is conditional on completing the scheduled working days and the required daily shift of eleven (11) hours and thirty (30) minutes, subject to the final duty roster. If the required hours or scheduled days are not completed, payment for that affected period will be calculated at SAR 4 for each completed and verified order instead of the fixed-salary calculation, subject to the final signed contract and applicable Saudi law.
Voluntary absence and emergency leave
If the rider chooses to remain absent or take leave without prior company approval, the company will not treat that day as a completed fixed-salary working day. Payment for that affected period will be limited to SAR 4 for each order actually completed and verified. The company is not responsible for loss of earning caused by the rider's voluntary unauthorized absence. In a genuine emergency or other reasonable situation, management may review the explanation and supporting evidence and approve the leave at its discretion, subject to the final signed contract and applicable Saudi law.
Valid Iqama and driving eligibility
A valid Saudi Iqama is compulsory throughout onboarding and service. A candidate may submit an initial Ninja application without entering a driving-licence number. This does not authorize anyone to drive illegally: the rider may operate a motorcycle or other vehicle only after satisfying all driving-licence, platform, insurance and legal requirements applicable to the assignment.
Rider responsibilities
The rider must maintain valid identity and driving documents, follow platform and road-safety requirements, handle orders carefully, protect customer information and maintain professional conduct.
Attendance, delivery and equipment
The rider must follow agreed shifts, delivery procedures and equipment-return instructions. Company property—including boxes, uniforms, badges and SIMs—must be returned when requested or when the engagement ends.
Early voluntary departure and final settlement
If the rider voluntarily leaves before completing the three-month commitment, any fixed-salary eligibility for an incomplete period will be reassessed under the attendance and SAR 4 per verified order rule above. Final settlement may also include documented advances, unreturned company property, notice obligations and other deductions or compensation only to the extent permitted by the final signed contract and Saudi law. Earned payment and statutory rights cannot be cancelled by this online application.
Platform placement
Selecting Ninja, Keeta, Noon Minutes or SLIDER expresses a preference and does not guarantee placement or earnings. Placement and earnings depend on platform availability, verification, documentation, eligible completed orders, distance, demand, time worked and operational requirements.
Phone verification, application and acceptance
Where WhatsApp verification is available, the applicant must enter the one-time verification code sent to the submitted mobile number. Otherwise, the application will be marked for manual phone verification by the company. Digital acceptance records the applicant's name, date, selected language and agreement version. It is an application acknowledgement and does not replace any employment, service-provider or platform contract required by law.
